Pork Trotter Rice: This is what this place is famous for. The Pork Trotter was literally fork tender and the skin did not make you feel nasueaus when eating it as it still maintained a soft gelatin like texture. The sauce tasted like it had cloves, cinnamon, soy sauce and was a little sweet. It was good with the Pickled Vegetables on the side
